Lincoln Park Appliance Care provides Sub-Zero appliance repair and maintenance services in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, Illinois, and surrounding neighborhoods. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments scheduled through our website or by phone are subject to technician availability. We make every effort to accommodate requested times but cannot guarantee specific appointment windows. We will communicate any scheduling changes as promptly as possible.

Pricing and Payment

All repair estimates are provided after diagnosis and before work begins. Final charges may differ from estimates if additional issues are discovered during repair, but any additional charges will be communicated and approved before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Warranty

We provide a warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. Our labor warranty covers the specific repair performed for 90 days from the date of service. The warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the original repair, damage from misuse, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

Lincoln Park Appliance Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or website.
